| The patient will be contacted by phone to make their appointments within 24-48 hours of receiving the referral letter. If a patient cannot be contacted by phone a letter is sent asking the patient to contact the clinic to make an appointment. |
| Patients are offered an appointment to be seen within 14 days of receiving the referral letter. |
