Nottinghamshire LOC have received official communication regarding the successful provider from NHSE for the implementation of EeRS. MonMedical has offically been offered the contract to provide the above-named service. (the system is Cinapsis).
The EeRS will provide a web based electronic referral service that will connect the optical practices to the NHS electronic systems via the EACH and onto all providers of ophthalmology services.
We are engaged with NHSE around this and will share further information when it becomes available.
